- MCEA Vision 2008: A draft summary of the strategic direction and vision of our professional organization. The new draft has been revised based on input from the membership at leadership days and has the first draft of the success indicators and we continue to seek input from our general membership. Your feedback will help us to affirm our mission, create a strategic direction, and assist us as we set goals, committee resources and organize our work during the next several years.
